DAY 5 - ABSOLUTE VANITY CHALLENGE

I enjoyed myself dearly last night, I indulged in a delicious slice of homemade german chocolate cake!! Yes, it had coconut, pecans, and all that gooey stuff i love!

Today I am back on my grind! I have the day off, yet the challenge is still on!! I awoke made a delicious 3 egg white omelette with lowfat cheddar cheese, spinach, mushrooms and onion.

I gave myself a gylcolic peel. Please DO NOT try gylcolic peels @ home. Glycolic peels should only be administered by a licensed esthetician like myself or a dermatologist. It is an awesome treatment!! It unveils healthy glowing skin, treats acne, oily skin, blackheads, hyperpigmentation, increase tone & texture of skin & decreases wrinkles.
